My passion for nutrition was shaped by my love of homegrown food and my personal journey of overcoming low energy availability and disordered eating as a college runner. Through my own pursuit of better health, I discovered how valuable — and often inaccessible — quality nutrition support can be. I decided to go back to school to study nutrition while running professionally and saw firsthand how proper fueling and could heal my body and help my performance. Now, as a holistic dietitian, I am committed to helping individuals optimize their nutrition for both performance, overall health, and longevity.
I believe in a whole-person approach to care and take the time to truly listen and understand each individual's background, offering practical and sustainable solutions tailored to your unique lifestyle and goals. My desire is to coach, problem-solve, encourage, and support people along the path towards better health.
In our first session, we will take the time to get to know each other and establish a personal connection. I will ask you to share a full picture of your health concerns and goals, and I will follow up with specific clarifying questions that will guide care. We will wrap up the session with some actionable first steps towards identified goals and a plan of care moving forward.
