Individualized coaching to help you fuel well and build lifelong habits that support you for years to come. Sessions are 55 minutes and are covered by most insurances.

Engaging, evidence-based presentations designed to educate, inspire, and equip your team, group, or community with practical nutrition strategies for long-term health, injury-prevention, and performance. Presentations are 45 minutes with 15 minutes for questions. Available in-person ($125) or virtual ($75).

Personalized virtual training plans and support to help you become stronger, stay injury-resistant, and build the confidence and durability you need for life. Virtual plans are $100 per month for run/cross training and $50 for two times per week strength programming.

Meet with me for an in-person fitness session. $100 for 1 hour.
About Emi
Emi grew up on a farm in rural southeastern Minnesota, where she thrived on home education and running around as free as a bird on her family’s acreage.
She joined the Cannon Falls cross country and track teams in eighth grade. She became a three-time state champion in cross country, the 800m, and 3200m before continuing to run locally for the University of Minnesota-Duluth. Some of her highlights during her four years there include: eleven All-American honors, seven school records, 800m and 1500m champion at the Drake Relays, and NCAA Division II national champion in the 1500m. After graduating with a degree in exercise science, she joined the professional running team, Minnesota Distance Elite, in 2018. She trained and competed at an elite level for six years while completing her master’s degree in nutrition and dietetics.
Emi’s passion for nutrition was shaped by her love of homegrown food and her personal journey of overcoming low energy and disordered eating in college. Through her own pursuit of better health, she discovered how valuable — and often inaccessible — quality nutrition support can be. Now, as a dietitian, Emi is committed to helping individuals optimize their nutrition for both performance and long-term health. She takes the time to truly listen and understand each person’s background, offering practical and sustainable solutions tailored to their unique lifestyle and goals.

Individualized coaching is covered by most insurances including: Blue Cross Blue Shield, United Healthcare, Medical Mutual of Ohio, Devoted Health, Aetna, Cigna, Community Health Network.
Group Educations are $125 for in-person sessions with additional travel fees for sessions greater than 50 miles away. Virtual sessions are available for $75.
Fitness Programs are $100 per month for virtual run/cross training plans and $50 per month for two days a week of virtual strength programming.
1:1 Fitness Coaching is $100 per hour of 1:1 in-person coaching.
